REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
At HAB-TO LEATHER HOUSE, we stand behind the quality of our premium vegetable-tanned leather and leathercraft supplies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All refunds will be directed to our warehouse in Amsterdam: Keienbergweg 97, Amsterdam, 1101GG.
Return Window:
As a customer you have 14 days to request a return.
After your request you have 14 more days to actually return the item.
Refund will take place within 14 days after the return notification.
Eligible Returns:

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than
necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction
in the product's value. Therefore, handle the product with care
and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Natural Material Notice: Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material. Minor color variations, natural markings, and grain differences are inherent characteristics that make each hide unique - these are not defects and are not grounds for return. We photograph and describe our products accurately to set proper expectations.
Value Reduction
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than
necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction
in the product's value. Therefore, handle the product with care and
ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-cut leather pieces
- Opened adhesives, dyes, or finishing products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process: Contact us at leatherhousenl@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 euro per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returning it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via Leatherhousenl@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
