Sourcing

Radermecker's leathers come from bulls and cows responsibly farmed in Western Europe through responsible farming practices.

They have been able to develop a skin with a firm, rigid, homogeneous and dense fiber structure.

For the equestrian leather this fiber density is a must given the heavy duty work this leather has to endure on a day to day basis.

What makes Radermecker different?

Solid / tallow :Tallow, a unique heritage technique passed on from father to son to create an almost self nourishing leather thanks to the submersion in a warm bath of fat/wax/paraffin.
Everytime you use and consequently warm the leather, the “tallow” mixture comes to the surface, feeds the grain side of the hide and as a result feeds and maintains the leather.

Soft/barrel :One-of-a-kind, beautifully and lush open pore soft hides.
