Restore dry, stiff leather with Fiebing’s 100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil, a deeply conditioning leather treatment designed to soften, preserve, and help extend the life of natural leather. This traditional oil penetrates leather fibres to replenish lost flexibility, making it an excellent choice for leather that has become dry through use, storage, or exposure to the elements.
Ideal for conditioning vegetable-tanned leather, work boots, shoes, belts, bags, saddlery, and other durable smooth leather goods. It is especially useful for restoring leather before further finishing, conditioning, or use.

How to use

Apply a small amount to clean, dry leather using a soft cloth, sponge, or applicator. Work the oil in evenly and allow it to absorb fully. Apply additional light coats only when needed, then allow the leather to rest before use.
Important notes
  • Always test first on a small, hidden area.
  • Neatsfoot oil can darken leather, particularly light-coloured and vegetable-tanned leather.
  • Apply sparingly—too much oil may over-soften leather.
  • Not recommended for suede, nubuck, or unfinished delicate leathers.
