At Hab-To Leather House, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we've made our refund process straightforward and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers have up to 7 days from receiving their order to request a return or refund. Please note that products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Digital products are not eligible for refunds.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, send us an email at leatherhousenl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to proceed. Please remember that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at leatherhousenl@gmail.com with details and images, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund Options

Customers can choose between:

  • A full refund to the original payment method.
  • Store credit for future purchases.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or store credit within 30 days.

5. International Orders

We offer refunds for both local (Netherlands) and international orders following the same policies.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return the original and place a new order.
